We are pleased to announce that as of January 1, 2021, ASE Group, Inc. has merged with Integrated Technical Systems, Inc. (ITS).
ITS is a Connecticut-based systems integrator with 50+ years of experience with regional offices in Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, and services the New England, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions.
ASE, with 25+ years of experience, is a premier security provider throughout the Northeast for financial, residential, and commercial accounts. Specializing in integrated security systems, access control, alarms, monitoring, and service, ASE has proven to be a leader in this market delivering superior service to its customers throughout the region.
From concept to completion, ITS will continue to strive to provide customers with the same level of outstanding, responsive customer support that has come to be expected of ASE. Dedicated members of the ITS service team are available and responsive to our customers’ needs 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Because security is very specialized and differs in every facility, flexibility is key to building a solution which is tailored to each clients’ needs.
With this merger, ITS is introducing another key component to an already strong portfolio by adding many clients in the financial sector to its diversified customer base.
